We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the Pro tier does not work as described, contact us at llmcost.tech@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

As this is a digital product with instant access, refunds are not available simply for change of mind once the export or bulk-calculation feature has been used, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who handles refund requests in accordance with their buyer protection policies and applicable law in your jurisdiction (including EU/UK consumer rights where relevant).
